Guidelines governing contributions, certifications, and service terms.

1. Philanthropic Contributions

All contributions made to AYURVIDYA WELFARE ASSOCIATION are voluntary philanthropic donations intended for social welfare causes. Donations, once processed, are deployed towards field programs and cannot be refunded unless an erroneous duplicate charge occurred.

2. Section 80G Tax Certificates

Section 80G certificates are generated based on the donor information provided at the time of checkout. Donors are responsible for ensuring that their Name and PAN match official income tax records to claim benefits.

3. Use of Certificates & QR Codes

Official certificates issued by AYURVIDYA WELFARE ASSOCIATION carry verifiable cryptographic hashes and QR codes linked to our online registry. Any forgery, alteration, or misuse of credentials constitutes an offense under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

All disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website or trust initiatives shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
