When you donate, register as a member, or sign up to volunteer with AYURVIDYA WELFARE ASSOCIATION, we collect relevant personal details such as your full name, email address, phone number, postal address, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) where applicable.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We process your data strictly to:

• Generate and issue official Section 80G Tax Exemption Certificates and payment invoices.
• Comply with statutory filing requirements of the Income Tax Department (Form 10BD).
• Communicate project outcome reports, field stories, and emergency disaster appeals.
• Verify membership and volunteer credentials via cryptographic hashes and QR codes.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

AYURVIDYA WELFARE ASSOCIATION does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe) using 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial marketing under any circumstances.
